During the month of May, we celebrate and recognize the influence and contributions of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders to our history, culture, and achievements. AAPI Month became an official commemoration when President Barrack Obama signed Proclamation 8369 in 2009. Since then, May has been dedicated to shining a light on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. We asked our Crowd to tell us more about what AAPI Month means to them.
