April is National Poetry Writing Month. Also known as NaPoWriMo, this creative writing project attracts participants from all over the world every April. Back in 2003, poet Maureen Thorson launched NaPoWriMo on her blog. The annual project has now been run by Thorson for twenty years.
In celebration, we wanted to challenge one of the most popular AI tools on the market right now to try and write poems about spring. Each week, we’ll be sharing the results of different types of poems written by ChatGPT. First up, we asked ChatGPT to write a haiku based on different aspects of springtime.
